3. Products & Pricing

• All prices are listed in AED (UAE Dirhams) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
• We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
• Product images are for illustration purposes. While we strive for accuracy, slight variations in color may occur due to screen settings and fabric dye lots.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities and refuse any order at our discretion.

4. Orders & Payment

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.
• You will receive an order confirmation email upon successful placement. This does not guarantee acceptance — we may cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud.
• We accept payments via credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX) processed through Ziina, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders.
• All payments are processed securely. We do not store your card details on our servers.
• For COD orders, payment is due upon delivery. Refusal to pay upon delivery may result in account restrictions.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship to the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Oman.
• Orders over AED 500 qualify for free shipping within the UAE. A flat rate of AED 25 applies to orders below this threshold.
• Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and in shipping notification emails. These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.
• It is your responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. We are not liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

6. Returns & Exchanges

• We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached.
• To initiate a return, contact us at shifa@linasabayas.com with your order number and reason for return.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
• Final sale items, items purchased on discount of 50% or more, and custom/altered items are not eligible for returns.
• Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested size or color is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

7. Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
• You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

8. Intellectual Property
